A3S Mécanique has a modern machine fleet , including latest-generation CNC machining centers (DMG Mori), CNC lathe, wire and sinker EDM machines, grinding machines… to ensure precision machining.
The company masters the manufacturing of, among other things, multi-stage dies, wrinkle-smoothing tools in steel or ampco, and industrial tooling adapted to tubes ranging from 1.59 mm to 200 mm in diameter.

Anna-Maria, Andrea, Francesco, and Giuseppe — the SPORTELLI family is well known in the industry for its ability to combine innovation with technical expertise. Together with their teams, they have developed numerous custom bending tools , designed to meet particularly demanding production challenges. Their foresight and close collaboration with manufacturing workshops, design offices, and operators make the company a key player in industrial innovation .

Giuseppe Sportelli founds the company with a clear ambition: to offer high-quality bending tools tailored to industrial needs.
2005 — First major investments in CNC machines
Acquisition of the first CNC machining centers to enhance precision and responsiveness.
2012 — Workshop expansion
Expansion to 800 m² of production space to meet growing demand.
2020 — Relocation to a new 2,020 m² facility
